Get helpAccess codes are distributed by our team. Email support@aftersolves.com to request one. Each code is a 4-digit number that grants you a set number of resume generations (Print or HTML download).
Each time you click "Print" or "HTML" and confirm the action, one use is consumed from your balance. This happens only after you confirm the warning modal — editing your resume and previewing it live does not count.
Go to your Profile page and enter a new 4-digit code in the "Redeem New Code" section. This resets your usage counter. If you don't have a new code, email us to request one.
Email is tied to your Firebase authentication account and cannot be changed from the profile page. Contact support if you need to change your email — we'll help you migrate your account.
Your resume data is stored locally in your browser. Your account info (name, email, phone, usage) is stored in Firebase Firestore with secure authentication. Your photo is stored as base64 locally — never uploaded to any server.
